?What time is check-in?

✔ Check-in for rooms and studios is available from 2:00 PM, and for apartments from 3:00 PM (they require more time for cleaning). If you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage. If your room is ready, we will check you in immediately. If you need an early morning check-in, please inform us, and we can arrange a guaranteed early check-in for an additional fee.

?What time is check-out?

✔ Standard check-out time for rooms and studios is 12:00 PM, and for apartments, it is 11:00 AM. Late check-out is available for an additional fee.

?How does check-in work? I’ve arrived at the address, who will meet me and where?

✔ The Grifon Guest Rooms operate 24/7. On the 4th floor of building 35 on the Griboyedov Canal Embankment, our friendly staff will greet you, provide your keys, and escort you to your room or explain how to get to your apartment.

?What should I do if I have heavy luggage? It says there’s no elevator.

✔ Yes, we are on the 4th floor, and unfortunately, there is no elevator. But this is not a problem! Let us know in advance if you need help with your luggage, and we will arrange it for a small additional fee (200 rubles per item).

?How can I pay for my stay?

✔ We accept payment in cash, via SBP (Fast Payment System), or by bank card. Sometimes a prepayment is required to guarantee your booking – the easiest way is to pay via SBP. We will send you a QR code that you can easily scan in your banking app. Payment by card is also possible – on our website or via a link we provide. You can also pay at Sberbank using a payment slip – just let us know, and we will send it to you. If you are traveling on behalf of an organization, we will issue an invoice for bank transfer and provide the necessary documents.

?I’m arriving by car. Is there parking available?

✔ Parking is available on the embankment near the apartments. From 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, parking is paid (100 rubles per hour). Payment is made via SMS or a parking app. There is also paid parking near Kazan Cathedral (from 150 rubles per hour).

?Can you arrange a transfer from the airport?

✔ Yes, of course. The cost of an airport pickup is 2000 rubles. We will need your flight number and arrival time. We work with trusted drivers who know the city well.

?Is a deposit required?

✔ No deposit is required for rooms. For apartments, a deposit of 6000 rubles is required, which is blocked on your bank card. The funds will be unblocked within 1-2 days after check-out.

?Are there towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer in the bathroom?

✔ Yes, everything is provided – liquid soap, shampoo, shower gel, towels for each guest, and a hairdryer.

?I want to cook myself. Is there a kitchen and utensils?

✔ Studios and apartments have their own kitchen equipped with utensils and appliances. Guests staying in rooms can also use a shared kitchen to heat up meals. We are always happy to provide dishes, cutlery, tea cups, and wine glasses. In your kitchen, you will find essentials like tea, coffee, salt, sugar, and vegetable oil, so you don’t have to rush to the store.

?Do I need to bring my own bed linen?

✔ No, you don’t need to. All beds are made with white cotton linen, washed in a professional laundry. Linen is changed once a week.

?I need to iron. Is this possible?

✔ Yes, you can always request an ironing board and iron. Our staff will show you where they are. For guests staying in rooms, laundry services are available for a small fee, and apartments have a shared washing machine.

?Can I stay with my pet?

✔ Yes, we accept small dogs (up to 7 kg) and cats. An additional cleaning fee is charged (2000-2500 rubles). We usually ask that pets not be left alone in the room without a carrier.

?Do you provide slippers and bathrobes?

✔ Slippers are provided free of charge for all guests, and bathrobes are available upon request for a small additional fee.
